I have had this mole on the side of my face for the last 25 years. It started to grow a year ago, and I left it alone, thinking it was normal. My wife suggested that I have the doctor look at it to be sure it wasn't cancerous. So I made an appointment. The following day, I met with my doctor, and she said that it was just a common mole, "nothing to worry about", and then she told me that a laser or scalpel could remove it. I told her I would consider it, and let her know on my next visit.Since then, I have discovered there are several ways to remove moles; the old fashioned way, with a scalpel or this thing called a punch remover; or I could try a new cream that is supposed to remove moles without surgery...I gave the latter a try. It's called Dermatend. My story continued about a week later, when the Dermatend mole remover came in the mail. I tried it that night, applied the cream to my mole, and covered it with a bandage. The next morning, my mole was scabbed over, and within a week, the mole was gone. I highly recommend it. You can see my before - during - and after images, on this mole removal page.
If you have a common mole growing on your body, and it is not cancerous, you have nothing to worry about. Should you choose to, you can have your moles removed by your doctor. As I said, they have various methods for removal including freezing, cutting, or using a laser. You should have your doctor look at any mole you may question. Find out your options from them and the costs for removal.
The way I went, was mole removal without surgery - you can find Dermatend here -- Mole Remover. This Dermatend remedy can remove moles, skin tags, warts, and other skin probems in just a few days. Used externally, Dermatend has a unique ability to dissolve abnormal growths without disturbing normal tissue.”
